Remote Heat Pipes

Remote Heat Pipe Heat Sink are utilized to carry heat from a heat source to another remote area where heat dissipation takes place. The remote sink solution has a heat pipe in direct contact with the power device usually termed as an evaporator and at the other end the heat pipe is connected to the heat sink, which acts as the condenser.  These assemblies are ideal for removing heat from constrained or densely packed areas to regions with access to cooler airflow or higher volume airflow for heat sinks or fin stacks.
